She views therapy as a collaborative and engaging process—one built on safety, trust, and genuine connection. With deep respect for each person’s story, she helps clients explore how past experiences shape present patterns, supporting them in fostering growth, clarity, and self-compassion while building a stronger sense of identity and hope.

Dr. Welbel’s integrative style draws from psychodynamic, relational, attachment, and narrative frameworks, alongside evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Exposure Therapy (ERT).
